You retain ownership of medical records you upload. Providers are custodians of records they create. You grant Juhargo Health a limited license to store and transmit content solely to render the service.
No fraudulent bookings, impersonation, malware, or misuse of medical data. Violations may result in immediate suspension.
Juhargo Health is not liable for provider misconduct beyond ensuring verification. Users must consult qualified physicians for medical advice.
