- Medical info you upload: health records, prescriptions, lab reports, insurance documents.
- Booking & transaction history.
- Technical: IP, browser, device (for security & analytics).

- To provide the healthcare marketplace services you request.
- To share only what you explicitly grant with verified providers.
- To improve safety, security and product quality.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
Your medical records are private by default. Records are only visible to a provider when you use the Shared Records feature and only for the duration you grant.
4. Your rights
- Access, correct or download your data any time from your dashboard.
- Request account deletion via /contact.
- Withdraw consent for record sharing at any time.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions use httpOnly cookies. Sensitive endpoints are role-guarded and audit-logged.
